Despite the abundance of physical dog training centers, many dog owners struggle with accessibility, scheduling conflicts, and the varied quality of both online and in-person training programs. Dog Academy identified these challenges and recognized the potential for a scalable, accessible online and in-person solution that could reach dog owners nationally.
Additionally, as a service dog training provider, Dog Academy saw the need to establish themselves as a legally valid and ethical option, as there are many providers in the space that are not legally valid.
